My vote was cast to stop the TOLL ROAD in its tracks. Under no circumstances could I ever be in favor of the TOLL ROAD. It would be a scar of concrete and steel through our city. As your Councilmember, I have fought and will continue to fight for you to ensure the TOLL ROAD in San Clemente never comes to fruition. This is about proven experience.
