Accountability and responsibility is how I approach each council session. I created a compromise plan for a balanced city budget.  I demanded both impoundment of development fees to the TCA and the rebate of development fees paid.  Additionally, I proposed an initiative to refer possible criminal acts by any TCA board member to the District Attorney.
